Gave me a lot of info about my problem and told me things to do to help with it. Reassured me that it was not anything serious. Also give me reassurance on another issue I had but did not come in for that particular problem and really put my mind at ease about it which I greatly appreciated.

I was pretty frustrated that I was told to get there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. That meant I got there at 7:15, which I did, and there weren't even people at the front desk yet. My appointment was at 7:45, I was brought back to the room at 7:50 and told that the provider usually gets there around 8:00. Why would an appointment slot be available at 7:45 if the provider isn't even there yet? I was finally seen at 8:15. I will say I was pleased with the amount of time she spent with me, but I can only imagine how the schedule goes throughout the day like that.

Dr. Cornell was professional and personable. She was patience and understanding. Dr. Cornell answered any questions that I had and didn't appear rushed.
