The way doctor visits should be. Professional and courteous and social associates. .

Dr. Goel is wonderful and I am privileged to have him for a doctor. My only concern has to do with the scheduling office. They continue to call me and cancel my appointments, three different times on this occasion. This is NOT a reflection on the doctor. He gets assigned to do hospital rounds, which is out of his control. It would be helpful if these hospital rounds were scheduled way in advance, so that appointments aren't made with patients that have to continually be canceled. It makes it hard on both the patients and the doctors caring for them, and it isn't fair to the patient or the doctor.

Advocate needs to purchase a facility in Aurora, Good Samaritan is good hospital but to far away for emergencies and the local hospitals don't really seem to be interested in working with Advocate doctors. Aurora is the second largest city in the state you should have at least a smaller version of Good Samaritan here!!

Dr. Goel was efficient and thorough. He answered all of my questions, and used a diagram too explain why one of my legs was swollen. He discussed all of my lab work with me. I felt seen and heard.
