While the wait to get into the office was quite long, it was based on the fact that my provider had a case before me that required additional time and effort. Had I been that patient? I would have appreciated that the doctor took what time he needed to take good care of that patient, so I'm totally understanding of the delay in being seen. I appreciate as well that they kept me well-Informed during the wait, letting me know what was going on that delayed my appointment.
