The front office staff has gotten more professional and attentive. Kudos to whoever turned that around. Also, the phone has been getting answered much faster than 6 months ago. It's impossible to sit on hold for a long time while working waiting to speak to the office. Thank you for making the lives of patients easier.

My first impression of Dr Patel was very good. I was immediately at ease with his personality and his manner.

I appreciated that the doctor called me at home to ask some questions regarding my blood test and to discuss the results with me.

There are times I wish that any provider had some extra time to really answer all your qustions. Yesterday Dr Patel did but I know when having a completely booked up day, and everybody what that extra 4 or 5 minutes, we all woiuld be there till 9 p.m.

It was good.i can't say much bcuz it was my first time.

No one contacted me because I needed a new provider as my primary physician retired.

Doctor Ankar Patel is very good at finding a procedure or a prescription at the lowest cost possible. His knowledge of current illness and viruses and ability to listen to the patient is outstanding. I thank Aroura for being able to have such a great doctor on their staff. I pray that Doctor Patel stays at Aroura clinic until he retires. Finding a quality primary doctor is almost impossible, yet Aroura seems to have one of the best.
