Every time I come to Aurora I get excellent service. I have White Coat Syndrome and Dr Patel makes me feel so comfortable.

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited one hour for the appointment I had to go ask what was going on. They could have called me to let me know they were running an hour behind.

Thanks to the receptionist who corrected my mistake regarding the time of my appointment when I arrived 2 hours early and was able to find an earlier appointment with no prompting from me.
