There should be a more standard time frame on when the after visit summaries and notes are submitted. With some doctors I have had access to those on the LiveWell app right away. For this appointment, the provider has taken multiple weeks to submit it, even though we are not waiting for test results or anything. In one case I finally had to send a reminder after almost a month went by. There should be a standard 2-3 day or less wait time in all office visits for this to be updated.
