We could not be more pleased with the care that Dr. Chandel gave to my husband. Both he and his staff are wonderful and they made us feel like we were his only patients for the day. Dr. Chandel never made us feel rushed and listened patiently to my husband's many questions, many of which were probably not relevant to his specialty or case. Thank you for listening to us and trying to get to the bottom of my husband's health issues. We truly appreciate your help.
My only concern was an office member in reception area coughing non-stop and had a mask the mask covering their chin(no coverage where the coughing and sneezing was flying). I was there in the lobby area 15 mins and it was none stop. I mentioned it to the person waiting ln me and I was told the coughing employee has been like that all day. I do understand that this is flu season and it causes me great concern the ill employee was there working, but also adding the fact of improperly wearing/not wearing the mask at all and risking everyone else's welfare in the area, vaccinated or not.
Satisfied
Very comfortable visit & informative. Questions I had were answered so I could understand.
I was Scheduled for ultrasound, after seeing doctor I was told I have to go to another location for the ultrasound. Shouldn't I have the ultrasound before seeing my doctor?
I love my doctor, he listens to my concerns, provide the most necessary care for my health. He gave me advice on how to improve what I was being seen for, the staff was was also friendly and considerate.
Dr. Chandel is a great Dr. A little sad that he's not at the Edgerton office anymore. I had to go to St. Lukes.
He was very professional and explained my results thoroughly.
Sat for 25 minutes in exam room before Dr Chandel arrived. Had a 20 minute visit. With only an hour lunch break from work, I returned late and without an opportunity to eat a lunch. Why does this notoriously and consistently happen? Do you overbook appointments like airlines do seats? Those of us with time constraints / limitations are always the ones who lose out: no lunch, pay docked, reprimand from boss.... It can be very frustrating!
Dr Chandel and his staff are caring and take whatever time needed to listen to me and to give advice. Diabetes is a difficult condition to control. Dr Chandel is never judgemental or negative if my A1C increases, or if my blood sugar is up or down at an office visit. His nurse is awesome and comforted me at my last visit when I told her about my husband's recent sudden death. I am 100% satisfied with Dr Chandel's diabetic and thyroid treatment.
