Good visit

I arrived early due to leaving home earlier due to driving thru a snowstorm. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and check in was quick. The M.A. called me into exam room very shortly after I arrived -- earlier than my appt time. The M.A. was very friendly and efficient and explained everything she was doing. The Dr. came in very soon after she was done. Dr. Chandel was very kind and clearly and patiently explained my test results, diagnosis, and many details of treatment choices and self help. He answered all my questions. I know what will occur once I get further testing and what my treatment choices will be if test results come back as expected. He gave me handouts and a website address to read for further education. I couldn't have asked for a better medical appointment. Dr Chandel even walked me to the front desk afterward. I left smiling... even though I have a new disease that will have to be dealt with.
