The entire endocrinology team at Aurora Endocrinology is fantastic!! I trust them with my care and my life. I always feel that the providers take time to speak with me about my concerns and take the extra steps to research anything they don't immediately have an answer to. And most of all, I appreciate that they see the knowledge I have gained from them and my own research. They see that I take action to improve my personal T1D management and trust me to make small changes to ensure I am the healthiest person I can be. I could not be happier with the care, support and empathy the team brings to every meeting I have with them!

Dr. Chandel is a good listener

This was my visit with him. Felt very Relaxed and he was a Dr. Who took the time to listen.

Dr Chandel is wonderful! Takes time to listen to how you're feeling. He always makes me feel comfortable & is always available when I have questions. On a different note- As a healthcare worker with heavy knowledge of patient experience, I was disappointed with the reception staff. When I walked in, they were having a personal conversation & not one of the three ladies took the time to look up. I said hello first and was met with an insincere hello. Upon leaving, they were once again in conversation and didn't bother to say goodbye, thank you, ask if I needed anything. They represent the clinic & I have to say I was rather put off by my first impression,
