I was listened to.l was able to say the reason l came. My problem was solved to my satisfaction.

NP read my chart prior and was fully knowledgeable about my case. She was very pleasant, good eye contact, and she smiled. She made me feel comfortable, thus I was willing to ask questions. I appreciated her time.

Great open communication with the provider. She was friendly and very relatable and made me feel very comfortable.
