My NP was very attentive to my questions. Offered test that might give us answers. I was very pleased with nurse taking my vitals, etc. Thank you.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as requested. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled time to see the provider. Therefore, I waited 45 minutes and was only with the provider for 5 minutes. How much is a 5 minute appointment going to cost me? Not to mention wasting 45 minutes of my time. Don't request people to arrive early if we can not be seen in a timely manner. I understand there was a difficult patient before me. However, a more appropriate time should be allocated to visits so that this doesn't impact other patients. Also, the appointment had been cancelled 3 different times before I was able to actually see Angela Lancaster. This is not pertaining to my visit with Angela, but I was told to use this method to provide feedback on my primary doctor. I have went to urgent care 3 times in the last 8 months because my primary doctor never has sick appointments available. The last 2 times that I went to urgent care, she was on the monitors in the lobby as accepting new patients. Can someone from Aurora health care please explain to me why I can not see my primary doctor, yet she is accepting new patients? I am very frustrated and confused. I would really appreciate some information. Thanks!

Angie took her time to listen to me. I could tell she had already been looking over my chart before seeing her because she knew what other conditions I have and tests I have done. She was also funny which is nice to have in a provider when I am going through ao much. She even scheduled a follow up herself, I have never seen a provider do that lol. I'm glad I switched to her!
