Angela was very informative and helpful. I enjoyed my visit with her very much.

My appointment was with a NP but I was attended to by a MA for suture removal in my hand. I thought it was quite odd that the sutures were removed and the wound site bandaged up before the NP ever came into the room to speak with me. When the NP did come into the room to speak with me my wife brought this point to her attention and her response to me was so how did it look. I would think that prior to the MA bandaging up the wound site that the NP would have been called in to check it and then bandage it upon her ok.

She didn't rush me and let me asked alot of questions so I could make sure I fully understood everything.

Angela spent the time with me to explain my issue and the steps needed to resolve it. Made me feel comfortable, very down to earth.

Provider was running very late because of a fire drill or a fire I don't know. It was not the provider fault. It was outside circumstances She was very courteous, very professional And I would definitely would like to be treated by her again
