I waited an hour to be seen. While waiting, an elderly patient was persistently harrassing the ladies working the front desk regarding his wait time, but he was getting pretty rude which caused another patient to become upset with the elderly patient's rude remarks! The caregivers were only given one room to see patients out of. How is this good patient care management? I waited one hour to have my stitches removed! A bit ridiculous! Allow more rooming and staff for this department at this location or better come together with a more resolute plan that works for everyone including, doctor, nurse, staff and patients.

The doctor is great! She showed me X-rays, explained them, told me about how long until I can get my cast off and start PT. The receptionists were talking to each other most of the time; 1 1/2 hour wait. I will gladly see this Doctor in Pleasant Prairie again. I hope I never have to go back to Aurora Mt Pleasant again

Would suggest increased emphasis on sanitizing hands prior to donning exam gloves before hands on procedures

Angie really spent a lot of time with me, assuring that my EMG & MD follow up would get scheduled. She provided me ideas for pain relief and really seemed to care about what I was going through.

Listened to my concerns. Took time to explain things which I appreciated.

Dr. Angela K was absolutely wonderful, she listened and cared completely about my case, all my fears subsided when I seen her, God bless her always ??

Stop over booking and dr needs to see patients instead of nurse practitioner.
