I appreciated the ability and recc for getting a second opinion. Aurora does great at providing accessible specialty doctors throughout their various campuses. Dr Dodd and his staff were able to explain what was going on for me along with which parts they could correct and which they couldn't. They put definitive next steps in place which has been helpful in answering questions that I had.

Great experience this was my 1st visit. Did telehealth call before my procedure. All the staff was very friendly. Self care directions were gone over and sent home I would recommend Dr. Dodd and his staff to anyone who needs his services. I just wish the other Dr.'s I saw previously would have been as compassionate. They're me feel like there was nothing wrong and I suffered in pain 6 extra months. I was just a number not a Pt .
There seemed to be some conflicting info between doc, scheduling post surgery timelines and therapist
Very informative. Helpful. However wrote about something in my progress note that was not actually discussed in the session, when I wrote a LiveWell message to addend the note with corrected information, I received nothing in response.
It's hard to recommend someone when you spend little time actually with "him" The nurse's were all wonderful though??Time will tell as far as the final results go?Hopefully things will look better soon
It was an overall pleasant experience. The doctor, assistant and nurse were all caring and friendly. The one question I had didn't pop up until the following morning. I was given a number to call after/before hours if I had any questions. I called that number and they flat out told me they couldn't help me and I'd have to call during office hours. It wasn't a real important question, but still, if I was told they could help me, they should have helped me.
