Everything was timely and professional as in the past.

Surgery went well and I appreciated everyone that helped. The only suggestion I would make: when asked to come in early due to cancellation, I was put in a room and waited an hour and a half and had to ask someone what the plan was. Nobody came in the room during that time to give me an idea of what was happening. After I asked a nurse, they came in and started to tell me what was happening and started to get me ready. One of the nurses told me to write about that experience in the survey so they can be better at it next time. I appreciate everything and had an overall good experience. Thank you!

Very efficient with awesome nurses.

Everyone was very professional. My biopsy was completed, pain free and I was out the door in a timely fashion.

Injury prevention and wellness were not part of my care and not pertinent questions. I was there for a procedure. Do not want staff to be "dinged" for not talking about injury prevention and wellness. I feel my care was excellent!!!

Dr Dodd and his staff did a good job. Some of the questions I answered no to just because they weren't relevant to why I was in the office. He did his job and he did it well.
