I have always had great treatment with Andrew Lange. He and his staff are great providers!

The provider was over 40 min late for our appointment. We realize scheduling can get behind, but we have never had to wait more that five minutes at Aurora for the many appointments we have had over the last five months with two surgeries in our immediate family. No one came in to tell us there would be a delay until approximately two minutes before the provider arrived. Then he did not appear to realize the patient was at his six week follow up versus his two week follow up until a few minutes into the visit. He did answer all of our questions, was personable and did thank us for our patience. Hopefully it was a one time situation.

It was a good experience as it usually is with Aurora.
