This clinic was very efficient. I was seen ahead of the scheduled time and quickly "prepped" for the physician, who entered almost immediately. He DID address most of my concerns and quickly came up with a plan for care. I would have preferred a slower pace of dialogue. I left scratching my head somewhat.
Dr is very observant and has a great memory of my medical history. He is very pleasant and well mannered. Happy he is one of my Drs.
One nurse needs to speak slower and more succinctly.
The front desk staff is amazing. The entire office makes you feel supported. The nursing staff and doctors take the time to listen to concerns and offer solutions.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kieu. I liked him and felt comfortable and confident in him.
I didn't know enough about smart watches to ask questions at my appointment. Now I know I'll be calling the office to get tips on how to use it and how to send ECGs to Dr. Kieu. I know younger patients probably wouldn't have these issues, but I'm so technologically naive, this is a big (somewhat scary) deal for me. Otherwise, I'm thankful to be under Dr. Kieu's medical care.
I think the doctor made me well aware of my condition and what could happen in the future. Hopefully the medicine works for me.
