I have been seen by Dr Yu for years, because of my back problem. He is always patience and takes his time to explain what he is going to do. He's a kind caring person. It's hard now a days to find a dr that cares and good enough to recommend to someone..
This whole office is GREAT to work with! I have phoned with questions that are part of why I see Dr Yu. and I get answers. I have also phoned with other questions, and one of his nursing team has been willing to help me. (My GP moved out of state.) Dr Yu and his staff also take their jobs seriously when it comes to prescriptions for narcotics/opioids and addiction prevention. i.e. Recently, due to an error in MY dates for prescription refill, I phoned the office with a concern. Then to compound MY error in refill dates, the message I left made it sound as if I had been taking twice the amount of medication prescribed by Dr. Yu. (My message gave the impression I had 3 or 4 pills left when in actuality I had 34 pills remaining and 5 days before refill.) Dr Yu's nurse phoned to make sure I was physically ok. Then to discuss how many pills I had left, when my next refill was, and to review the "contract" I'd signed the first time I saw Dr. Yu. The contract in part said I would take the medication as written. When we actually spoke, Nurse Heather and I did not get past the difference between me having 3 or 4 pills and having 34 pills! We did have a good laugh. Nurse Heather also told me Dr Yu could arrange for physical therapy. This was particularly good news since I don't have a GP to put in orders. Dr Yu and his staff make me feel better about my situation; no one there has ever even hinted that the scar on my leg is awful to look at, AND they understand that losing a huge part of my thigh (down to the bone) hurts. That understanding and compassion means the world to me.
Dr Yu is supportive, caring, and smart.
I really love Dr Yu and his staff. They are all efficient, friendly, and very easy to work with. Yes, I would recommend them without hesitation.
I'm very grateful to have such a caring and competent team in Dr Yu's office. They've made living with daily pain actually manageable, and have substantially improved my quality of life.
With my issue I've been do a lot of doctors and Dr. yu one of the best kind hearted knowledgeable Dr. I've ever met . And when I had an issue or problem he was right there for me and I just like to say organization it's got one of the best doctors I've ever known God bless you all. Glenn
I can't verbally explain how much happiness I have when I leave even though it's just for a friendly visit no prescriptions just to talk to see how I'm doing. He's always there for me. Love Dr. you cannot ever replace this man.
Dr Yu's bedside manner was great! He made me feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns, provided me with my options, and then gave me the opportunity to ask questions after. I think he also knew it was lot information to process and assured me I could contact the office if I had questions, or concerns after my appointment! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
