I sent an email with my concerns about the medical assistant. I do not feel she was adequately prepared for her job.

10/10 recommend provider. I have never felt so comfortable upon immediate interaction. The way Andrew Erickson explained what my body was going through and how we can formulate a plan of care for improvement was truly astonishing. The way he approaches diabetes is amazing and makes me hopeful to see change after struggling for a year with little results. Very appreciative of Andrew Erickson, and 10/10 recommend his care.

I have made several recommendations to friends about Dr. Andrew Hanington Erickson. I've gotten the best care under his watch. I feel heard and that he truly is on my health team. Some Dr's act as though they are far and above their patients and your input doesn't matter. Dr. Andrew is a team player and gives direct feedback that is important to your best interests and health without making you feel like you're dumb. I always look forward to seeing him for my check ups and know if I have questions on Live Well, he'll get back to me.
