Excellent provider glad he is on my team

This was my first visit with this provider ( I don't want to miss spell his name). I get nervous even though I'm in the medical field. EVERYONE who I interacted with was warm welcoming and caring. The provider not only listened to me but he heard me. I now have a plan to better take care of my diabetes and have someone who I can work with to obtain my health care goals

The initial care screener seemed a bit confused and like she didn't know what she was doing. I had to explain things a few times to her to get her to fully understand.
