Dr. Poulson-Port took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. Did not feel like a rushed appointment at all. She truly cares about her patients. I really like having her as my primary care doctor ?

Dr Poulson-Port always takes the time & listens to me, doesn't seem to be in a rush.

Pertains to the lab-the tech only used one glove for the draw, was fanning off the area to be drawn after using alcohol prep, and once she got the blood into the required tube, she tossed the vacutainer and syringe across the room to the sharps container that was sitting on the floor by me. The needle in the vacutainer broke off, fell in the floor and rolled in front of me. She just let it sit there. I also gather this was not a new employee.
