Dr. Poulson-Port is a wonderful doctor. She is not only knowledgeable, she is kind and caring, very down to earth and always gives me as much time as I need to talk, vent, ask questions, whatever I need. My only concern is how busy she is and it takes too long to get in to see her. I sometimes don't want to go to a walk in clinic or to another doc....I want to see her when I need a doctor. So, I wish Aurora would hire more doctors so Dr. Poulson-Port is not so busy.

Dr. Poulson-Port pays attention to my needs and made a tricky diagnosis which I appreciate. Staff is also nice and helpful. It's stressful to receive test results that are abnormal or require explanation in the portal, when the doctors can't always review in a timely manner.

Both medical assistant (?) and MD were professional and personable. They answered all questions & were helpful with providing filled out influenza sheet (for employees). I look forward to my well checks with Dr Poulson-Port.
