Great doctor to talk with

Dr Poulson-Port listened to me and explained how we were going to treat what was going on with me. She is a compassionate provider and I appreciate her very much.

I was early for my appointment because I can't drive due to surgery I had in the past. I got right in and waited in one of the exam rooms. Did not wait more than 5 minutes and the doctor came in. I have been going to Dr. Poulson-Port for years & will be going back in the future! Thank you for all of staff of taking care of me when sick & injured!

I first called yesterday around 2pm, because I thought I had a sinus infection and Knew I probably needed antibiotic, and I was able to get in at 3:20pm to see Dr. Poulson-Port because of a cancellation she had. I was so thankful to meet with her, and she confirmed that I had a sinus infection and she prescribed an antibiotic, and I'm feeling a little better already. She is a very nice thorough physician.

The MA student seemed to lack some necessary interview skills. It would be good to pair him up with an experienced MA in the clinic setting.
