I was a little worried before this appointment because I know I haven't been as good with my meds as I should. I felt heard, not judged and both the provider and their medical assistant were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns. I left with a good feeling and empowered to take next steps in my care.

The call in for appointments and referrals at Aurora has become horrible. Not to mention billings treatment of veterans.
My appointment was at 11, I was there at 10:45, I was taken into a room at 11:00, the P. A. Didn't come in until 11:20. I better not get charged for sitting and waiting. I don't like getting weighed in the hallway, that's not an accurate weight when you have clothes on. I don't need to be told at every appointment about my family's health history, if that's what I'm paying for I might as well stay home.

When I call, I wish I could actually talk to a person in the clinic rather than the call center.
They are always on time. I never have to wait. Most times when I go in for lab work I,am in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Every person there is very pleasant to be around. Hope things remain that way. Good Job!
