Dr. Schimke should be recognized at the national level, for her excellence of care. She does more than manage my complex case. She isn't afraid to ask questions of colleagues across the spectrum of specialties, she had never once allowed an over inflated self serving ego get in the way of providing the very best care every single visit. She is an actual leader in my health care, managing in-between paradigms, she doesn't manage within a single paradigm. A true leader. Her strength is compulsive persistence of consistency in excellence, heartfelt compassion, ongoing education, inate common sense, sincere humility and fierce, fierce advocacy.

When you need help the call center in Illinois is not helpful and a waste of time. They always say someone will contact you in 3-4 business days when you need to see someone much sooner than that. My doctor is great but the central call center is terrible customer service
