His Medical Assistant touched base with me before & after my appointment regarding faxing a new order for Medical equipment. She was professional, friendly, and fast.

New patients should be provided with directions when the location is at a large facility or in an obscure location. For example, I would have liked to have been told the office was in the West Tower North Pavilion. I was circling the hospital and even drove off hospital grounds in an attempt to locate the office. Eventually I had to call advocate for help. Also, the phone number of the office should have been available in my Live Well app. Only the address and the doctor's name was on the app.

The doctor showed care and understanding, as well as being a professional.?
