Very friendly and thorough

Very decent visit.

Dr. Ford is great with kids and has an excellent bedside manner!

All staff was very personable and nice. Made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable visit.

Dr. Ford and her staff were wonderful! I feel like she listened to my concerns and coming up with a treatment plan for me meant the world to me.

Dr. Ford is very skilled, knowledgeable, and also compassionate. I would highly recommend her.

First time going to Dr Ford she was very thorough I will definitely go back

I would say that the customer service reps/ receptionists should be more engaging and inviting. I personally felt they gave the impression of avoidance and that they did not want to deal with the people walking into the office. They were not friendly. It almost seemed as if we were an inconvenience. Just my opinion. There was an elderly patient ahead of me, She had mentioned that she was having a hard time getting her jacket off to the receptionist and the receptionist ignored the woman's request for help out of her jacket several times. I went and helped her unzip her jacket. A little kindness goes a long long way! Aside from the two people at the exception desk desk , Dr. Ford and her staff were phenomenal! Always friendly, always caring, and always. Very knowledgeable!
