Very efficient, professional yet personable. Thorough and very gentle. I do not experience pain when Dr Ford injects me in my knee. She also has referred me to a physical therapist after I explained I'm experiencing weakness in my knee. Reacted very quickly and I had 3 wks of appts set up that afternoon. I've been seeing Dr Ford for a few years now and she has always tried different treatments to get the best results. Treatments I receive now give me about 90% improvement, allowing me to tolerate my knee issues and helping with my goal to put off knee surgery as long as I can. Thanks to Dr Ford and her staff. They are all great!
