I came in with questions about my balance. I did not receive information about how to prevent illness or addtional exercise.

This was a yearly Medicare Wellness visit

The only issue I had was I used the computer at the front of the building to check in and it indicated that I was checked in and to go sit down and that the office had been notified that I was there but it did not notify them so I sat there for quite a few minutes before they figured that out. I won't bother with the computer anymore and will just checkin with real people

Doctor Kelly takes her time with each patient and listens to why you are there.

Dr Kelly is very caring and easy to talk to. She answers any questions I may have. One if my favorite doctors.
