The staff was friendly. Dr. Howard was friendly and took the time to listen and get to know my medical history. I did not feel rushed. She explained things well. Great manners! I am happy to have her as my primary care doctor. I recommended Dr. Howard to my wife. My wife has decided to make Dr. Howard her primary care doctor also. An appointment for new patient has been scheduled. Thank you for taking good care of me.

She was very knowledgeable on a variety of issues and provided excellent guidance on some unique action items I needed to address.

I feel much more comfortable about seeing female doctors, being that I'm a female. I have rarely had a bad experience at Advocate LZ. Especially because they usually always fit me in to see a female doctor when I need to be seen. The only bad experience I had was YEARS ago, when they were not affiliated with Advocate yet. Dr. Howard was whom I saw last. It was a last minute appointment, and I was VERY pleased with my visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as we tackled my issue at hand.

It was my first visit. I was nervous. She erased that nervousness within 5 minutes. I feel safe with her.
