Amy is fantastic! She was very thorough and helpful with answering questions as we are first time parents. She explained everything thoroughly and we are looking forward to having her as our son's pediatrician!

We love our provider. Extremely frustrated in the difficulty in reaching the office by phone to have questions answered by my provider/providers nurses. When my child has been sick in the past I have found it is literally faster to drive to the office and see if there is an opening to ask a question than to wait for a call back by the on-call nurse. The guidance by the on-call nurses are not always what has been the best decisions for us. I could have much less stress and hassle if I could get through to my actual providers office. Using the aurora chart and an on-call nurse is just not the best ways to get through to our Dr's. I understand efficiency but taking away communication with the office location for our doctors is a terribly frustrating decision.

Dr. Haug is an amazing provider. She takes the time to listen to my concerns about my child's health. She is great with her pediatric patients. I would recommend her to anyone with children as a provider!
