Done on a very timely manner very professional

I was in pain because of the car ride which can always interfere with visits...but this doctor was thoughtful, caring and did his best to distract me and make me comfortable. He also offered me excellent advice .

The nurse was very rude, she act like she couldn't hear me. When I spoke up louder she said I was screaming at her, so she basically walked out of the room without giving me information I needed to get ready for the doctor. I stepped out of the room and spoke with another nurse giving me information I need to get ready for the doctor.

Can't thank the wonderful girls at the front desk enough! There were issues with my provider sending over the correct order and these ladies went back and forth with my doctor's office several times to get the necessary paperwork. I usually have to do all the back and forth, so it was so nice having all that stress taken off of me! During the appointment I felt like the doctor actually listened to the words coming out of my mouth. He seemed to have looked up quite a bit of my history. He also did a great job at explaining things and answering questions. THANKS!!!
