Dr. Patel was very helpful. He listened, he explained, he asked great questions and answered all of my questions. My disappointment was with the parking. I spent 20 minutes driving thru the parking structure, all the way to the top outdoor level, only to have to make a u-turn - dangerously - and drive all the way down. I drove thru the surface lot and finally found a spot. Then I had to walk thru the rain to the main hospital where Pulmonary is located. This exercise took nearly 30 minutes of time and made me late for my appointment! You have to fix this issue!

Dr Patel is one of the best physicians that I have. He treats me like a person not just a number. I can tell that he is genuinely concerned about my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who had pulmonary issues.

All I can say is since I had. My kidney transplant, all of the health staff has been very caring and great.
