Customer service is very good, and a pleasant environment.

His staff was very concern about me. Explained everything that they were doing. Took a complete medical history. The doctor was very nice and helpful to make sure I understood him and explained step by step what I was going to do before I see him again very good and that was good nice doctor and staff thumbs up Advocate Medical Center.

Dr. Amer Husseini was pleasant, courteous and informative. I was quite please with his presence.

Do not go any where soon without me .

From the time I arrived at the facility my wait time was very timely, the staff was polite and very helpful. The Doctor came in and greeted me with a hello and hand shake, and introduced himself. And began to ask how was I feeling and if I was in any pain, he gave me and examination an ask a few question, and set up and appointment in three months.

I felt confident and in Good Hands! I found him to be a "Listener"! He was able to highlight areas of "self care" I could and should implement in my daily routine!

I was put at ease the minute he walked in the room. Very polite and very caring!

The wait times for patients who show up on time is unacceptable.

Should not have to wait so long for cardio rehab appt...6 mo. And neurologist

He is the most concerned Doctor about his patients.Have the time to listen to you .If there were more Doctors like him .Things can get done about what's going on with your health .You can't fine many Doctors like this one .I really appreciate his concern about my health.
