Amber seem to really care about my health and keeping me as healthy as possible. I didn't feel like I was a number to her, or part of a production process.

After my blood work and CT scan I still had questions that I don't feel were answered completely by the 2 people who called me. I had more questions and they seemed in a hurry to get off the phone, even somewhat irritated.
