Dr Jaglan is an angel. He has ultimate medical skills and superior humanity. He touches people in unforgetable ways. The best doctor and human being. The MA was darling. PSR needs to learn a respectful tone, good manners and privacy respect. She works for the physician's office and has a paycheck due to patients visits; attitudes are not OK. Show respect and consideration, don't waste time on the web, don't socialize on the job. Learn from Dr. Jaglan, he is the PERFECT example.
