dr patel is the best caring always addresses my concerns encourages you on your healthy habits not many good ones like him around he sets himself very high he lets no stone unturned makes sure your over all health is monitored hope you can tell him how much he is respected and appreciated thank you

When it's time for the doctor to come in, it takes a long time to come in. With the nurse it's fast, but from there we have to wait a long time for the doctor to come in to check on my son.
I was given an appointment the day I called because my caregiver was not there. That was great. They put me in for 12 noon and I was greeted by the nurse promptly. Then I sat there for 35 minutes with not a word from anyone. I decided I'd wait 45 minutes before I walked out. Once the Dr came in he was nice and took care of me. Can't say I've ever sat waiting that long after seeing the very kind nurse.

Dr. Patel filled in for my PCP as he was not in that day. I am very pleased that your doctors work as a team, and I was grateful to get in immediately. I was pleased with Dr. Patel's "bedside manner," how he listened to me, and his explanation of a plan for my recovery. Thankfully, the anti-biotics he prescribed cleared up my cough within days, so no further action is needed.
It took me an hour to be seen once I arrived, and I had to schedule 6 days in advance. I truly loathe Aurora, but it is pretty much the only game in town. I feel that reason is why Aurora seems to provide subpar customer service. The employees are good, but clearly management isn't hiring enough staff to stay organized and see patients.
