I greatly appreciate getting in to see Dr. Patel after my primary care doctor left work because he was ill. Especially on the eve of a holiday weekend. The receptionist and nurse were so nice and helpful, too.

He was covering for my PCP and I was impressed by his professionalism

Dr. Patel was very patient with me and took all the time he/I needed to answer the myriad of questions I had. I have not seen Dr. Patel before so I appreciated his patience, his giving of his time and his thoroughness in answering my questions. I left the office significantly more comfortable with my upcoming surgery.

I arrived 15 min early snd was roomed pretty much at my appointment time. However, I waited at least 1/2 hr before serving the dr. I was ordered labs and sat in the lab area for another 20 min then went back to the dr receptionist. She indicated I needed to check in again at the lab desk. Patients should be told this information to prevent unnecessary waiting. I was at the clinic a total of 1.5 hours for a routine physical. Way too long!
