I really cannot say enough good words about Dr. Patel and his staff. I'm treated with respect, compassion and I always leave knowing what the next step is in my plan of care.

Provider immediately apologized for the late appointment. (Provider first entered exam room approximately 35 minutes past scheduled time.) Provider is thoughtful, discusses options, and makes himself available for additional questions. There should be clocks in all exam rooms and all waiting areas. Providers should not be pressured by clinic or insurance (?) to have appointment every 10 minutes or so. This inhibits their ability to relate with patients or will put their whole schedule behind by spending ample time with each patient.

Doctor Patel is a very kind, caring and knowledgeable physician. I look forward to my next visit and the time I get to spend with his nurses, they're all awesome.
