My experience with the nurse and doctor were great. I am not happy that an estimate for physical therapy was never provided to me and my radiology x-rays do not appear to have been read. I asked physical therapy to provide the estimate, and was instead told to call the billing office. This is REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
