I switched to Amanda Jacobs, PA because I was not happy with my prior healthcare provider in another system. One of my biggest complaints is that they did not take the time to listen to me. That is not true with Amanda. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say about my health and she talks to me about what she would like to do for the treatment plan, and listens to me if I have any concerns. Amanda includes me in my care. I am happy that I switched to Amanda as my Primary Provider. In my opinion Healthcare has gone away from the providers listening to their patients. More healthcare providers need to care for their patients like Amanda. It is obvious that Amanda truly cares about her patients. The rest of the staff at the Aurora Pulaski Clinic is equally as great. I believe that I have found a healthcare provider that I will continue to use for a long time.
