Alyssa is an amazing NP. She is so knowledgeable about my illness. She is so kind and caring. She takes her time and is great about my concerns and answers all my questions. When I message her, she gets back to me quickly. She is a great asset to Advocate!

I sat in the patient room for over 40 minutes with no interaction waiting. No one came in to explain the delay or keep Me updated. The provider was nonchalant about it, did not even apologize for the delay. She was busy I'm sure but it felt like I was just a number. Not a pleasant experience
