Not only did she give detailed explanations and information, she made me part of the plan in order to fit in with my lifestyle and schedule. Also provided a print out of everything we discussed.. That print out makes it more likely to follow through with changes and lifestyle changes!
Post cardiac bypass. Was to have appointment one week after discharge. Could not get in for 3 weeks. Disappointed at this delay.
