We are very happy with Dr. Srivastava and his staff. He is focused on you the patient instead of the computer. I really appreciate that, although I know Epic helps the Aurora system, it us very disconcerting when the providers have to focus on the computer in order to ensure accuracy. Dr. S. has the ability to listen to you and then going back to his office to input data in Epic. Not all providers are able to do that. It makes the patient feel like less of a widget in a factory.
