It was a positive experience

dr. Srivastava, the nurses, and everyone in the office are great. I see him at least once a year and He always makes me feel like my health is in good hands.

Dr Srivastava's staff is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable just like the doctor! I'm thankful to be a new patient in his practice.

I have no complaints about the medical staff. I do have a problem with the telephone messages I receive. Half of them are wrong, and even call me by the wrong name. When you are a senior citizen, you see many doctors. The messages NEVER tell you what doctor or office you are expected at.

Dr. Srivastava and his nurse are so nice, professional and informational. Any questions are answered thoroughly. So nice to have a Dr. and staff that know you and give you the best care. Thank you all for your commitment to helping people.

I want to tell everyone about Dr Srivastava because I haven't felt heard and seen by a doctor in a long time. His entire team is great! They are caring and compassionate and are very attentive. I know my Heath is in good care

Usually, I don't wait as long as I did on my last visit to see the Doctor. It may have been one of those days.

Dr.S and his staff are always very friendly and supportive of my healthcare needs and concerns. They are willing to listen to all my concerns and point of view in decisions I make. They make me to feel cared for and supported.
