The care is top-notch, and I was surprised to receive their call to check on my daughter's progress after her vaccinations, which I appreciate, and for that I commend the staff.
From the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Bruckner, the medical team at Advocate Medical Group is wonderful and takes great care of my child and me. We've been going to this practice since my son was born, and he's always received the best care.
This last experience wasn't the greatest.
We left unhappy with how they went about regarding my daughters appointment even after I told them I spoke with our insurance and her dr what we should do in regards to her appointment.
