Once I got to see Dr. Allison Schaus, I learned what I needed to know....BUT it was the getting to who I needed to in order to make that happened is what continues to be the problem! Talking to Chicago is like talking to the moon...the remote person I spoke with initially was great but the call back request was not received by Dr. Schaus's office! Perhaps Aurora Corporate has bought into too much technology at the cost of the patient they should be helping...especially the population not technology literate. People talk...at the moment Aurora PR is in trouble!
