Dr. Schaus is extremely thorough, gentle and clear in her medical advice. I am secure with her professional care.

My appt was at 2 pm. I was taken in at 2:10 and got into a gown. I waited from 2:20 until 2:52 before the doctor came in. The exam took half hour. That is too long to have to wait.

She was very personable and her exam was very thorough. She has a great sense of humor and was warm and genuine. Highly recommend!

I was instructed to arrive 15 min. prior to my appointment and I arrived 10 min. prior. I then waited another 60 min. after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. This to me is unacceptable. Patients' time is valuable, also. Maybe the schedule needs to be adjusted so the doctor doesn't run so far behind.
