She is extremely busy and it can be hard to get timely appointments. I hope you will hire more podiatrists.

I can not say enough about the caregivers I see. They have been, and continue to be, great to work with. They are easy to ask questions, and you understand the answers. I do, however, have a complaint about your phone system. It's terrible, one central number to try to make an appointment. I felt like it was back in the fifties and I was waiting for an operator to ask "number, please." I honestly believe I could have driven to the nearest clinic, gone to the desk, and made an appointment faster. It appears that consolidating is not working.
Dr. Lanzito was right on schedule with my appointment and I was quickly prepped for my treatment. She is communicative and a good listener.
