Ive had doctor Bustos for 25 years love her
I have visited this facility for many years, but this last visit was not pleasant as we waited more than 30 minutes to see the doctor. I am not sure what happened. However, to wait the amount of time we did was very unprofessional.
Dr Bustos is wonderful! She has been out Dr for many years. My whole family goes to her.
Dr Bustos is always kind and compassionate.She listens to everything I have to say and answers all my questions.She never rushes our visit. Im very satisfied and happy with her as my pcp.
Everybody that I came in contact with was very friendly.

Doctor kept asking me the same questions. Didn't listen about my depression. My after summaries says I'm in remission from my depression which I am not. Won't see her again.
I have had Dr. Bustos as my primary care doctor for many years. She and the staff are always concerned with my health, and answer and help me with any questions or problems I might be having. I feel like I am a family member when I am there and know that I will be professionally and efficiently taken care of by them, and they will meet all my health needs.
Dr. Bustos comes across as being rude and does not like to see other Dr's patients. Not confident in the diagnosis given.
I was seen by a different doctor other than my primary as I needed a same day appt. The doctor was good however my appt was at 3pm and she saw me first at 4 pm. The MA took my vitals around 3:15pm and then said the doctor would be in shortly. I thought they forgot about me and had to ask if she was running late-the MA said yes. He could have let me know but didn't until I asked. The doctor was apologetic and let me know her prior patient had transportation issues which I totally understand-just would have liked to know she was running late and I was not forgotten.
